Step 1: Connect
It starts with a conversation. You fill out a short questionnaire about your family — who we're filming, what stories matter most, what you're hoping to capture. Then we get on a call together to talk through everything. We want to understand the person before we ever point a camera at them. This is where we figure out the approach, answer your questions, and make sure the whole experience feels right before we move forward.
Step 2: Film
We come to your home with professional cinema equipment and set up in a space where your loved one feels comfortable and relaxed. There's no studio, no script, and no pressure. Our team will guide the conversation with questions we have carefully prepared based on what you shared — but mostly, we just get out of the way and let them talk. Some of the best moments happen when people forget there's even a camera in the room.
Step 3: Deliver
Once filming wraps, we take everything back and get to work. We watch every minute of footage, find the moments that matter, and edit it into a film that actually feels like them. When it's ready, you'll receive a keepsake USB drive and a private link you can share with family no matter where they are in the world. Something made to last.
